The company was established in 2004 with its primary mission being to provide specialized consulting services to city, state, and local municipalities as well as to private entities. Federal Contractor Qualifications (Federal Acquisition Regulations – FAR)

RC facilitates the positioning of Small Businesses to becoming eligible and qualified Federal contractors.  Once firms are eligible to receive Federal contracts, RC educate and assist small businesses in meeting Federal requirements to capture and successfully win contracts.  Qualified Federal contractors are in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).  In addition, they must have a thorough understanding of the Federal Contract Acquisition Process.  RC assists firms in understanding this process and provides management and technical assistance to small businesses in obtaining certification for small business Federal set-a-sides and managed contracts.  


Marketing to the Federal Government and Capture Management

Effective marketing to the Federal government requires knowledge and understanding of the Federal contracting environment as well as related laws and regulations.  RC utilizes its unique and comprehensive Federal contracting experience to assist small business in developing its' specific contracting capture strategies.     RC also provides management and technical assistance to small business in becoming Federal Contracting Ready and developing its’ Contract Capture Plan.  The Capture Management Process includes:

  • Developing contracting capture strategies based on market research and knowledge of current Federal regulations
